This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Area Manager or Store/Multi-Site Manager to join a thriving nationwide high street retailer with tremendous prospects for the future of the business and the people who will create it.

Role profile
We need an energetic retail/fmcg professional with experience at senior management level to lead and motivate teams in stores throughout London and surrounding areas. You will manage motivate and mentor teams and individuals to meet and beat demanding targets is customer service, sales volume, and store performance. And while you’ll be taking care of their training and career development needs, we’ll be taking care of yours with constructive appraisals and development of your skills.
Candidate profile
A proven track record of driving change and business improvement in the retail/fmcg sector will be essential. An inspirational people leader, you must have a bright and outgoing personality plus excellent communication skills – both listening and presenting. Your enthusiasm will be infectious and you must be happy in a busy, dynamic and positive environment. A clean current driving licence and ability to travel extensively will be essential. You must also be willing to work bank holidays.
