A highly prestigious Guildford (Surrey) firm require a Construction Solicitor with 3- 4 years PQE. The Construction and Engineering group offers dedicated specialist advice to clients including main contractors, banks, developers, consultants, sub-contractors and suppliers. Lawyers within the group have advised clients in connection with a wide variety of disputes including pursuing and resisting claims for interim payment, settling final accounts, extensions of time and prolongation claims, breach of contract and breach of duty claims (including professional negligence claims). Candidates should have experience within adjudication and arbitration in relation to construction litigation.
