• What’s involved:
The purpose of this role is to carry out general admin for the team, maintain data, information records and systems to ensure that quality and performance targets are met and to find out residents satisfaction with service delivery.
The scope of the role is to work with the repair partners to develop a “one team” approach

- administrative experience relating to housing repairs
- some customer - facing experience
- MS Word, Excel and Outlook

• Anticipated Length of Assignment: 6 months initially, though considered likely to be extended.
