Bid Manager/Bid Coordinator - Fixed Term (Maternity Cover) Location:-

Elan leads the market place in terms of solutions and innovations and you will be a part of a key and well respected Bid Management Team who are responsible for developing and taking solutions to the global market.
Key responsibilities
Managing, coordinating and leading client bids from start to finish Developing client solutions (potential recruitment models, pricing strategies, cost saving strategies). Helping consultants tailor solutions to their individual clients. Project managing the collation of information from across the Elan and Manpower Groups. Creation of client specific business to business marketing material. Working with business development unit to refine and package innovative services. Collating pricing/rates from Group companies and obtaining appropriate levels of sign off. Developing cost modelling for bids Producing and maintaining speculative. Elan documents and presentations. Bespoking existing capability documents/presentations. Bringing an innovative approach to the role, striving for continuous improvement of processes Person specification Highly innovative, enthusiastic, energetic, \"can do\" person with the ability to multi-task and manage priorities to achieve deadlines. Expresses self clearly, succinctly and effectively in writing and verbally. Tailors communication to suit different situations and audiences. Establishes good working relationships across a variety of locations and cultures. High stamina for high volume, high value bidding and the ability to sustain engagement with client over complete bid life cycle. High level of attention to detail, has excellent written skills and is visually creative. Excellent working knowledge of key applications such as Word, PowerPoint and Visio.
Experience Preferably educated to degree level, you will ideally have 2 - 3 years business and sales experience. Experience within the recruitment industry, preferably with recruitment outsourcing is desirable.
