Harvey John recruitment has been approached by a West Sussex based Charity to assist in the recruitment of an Office/Fundraising Manager.

Based in Haywards Heath, the role will work closely with the Trustees and overseas Field Director in undertaking all aspects of the day-to-day running of the Charity’s Headquarters.

Duties to include accounts administration to include liaising with the charity’s external accountant; office management to include the coordinating of volunteers, assist with the production of a quarterly newsletter and to ensure that all donations are dealt with in the appropriate manner; to provide administrative support to the Field Director; merchandise and stationary ordering etc. A full and detailed job description is available on request.

Applicants will have experience of office management and fundraising practices with the ability of working under their own initiative without supervision. Because of the rural location of the office, you will need to have your own transport.
