They strive to nurture talent by providing a structured 2 year management development programme, working within the branch network and other departments alongside a structured training programme to enable trainees to exit the programme into a management position.

As a Management Trainee you will undertake various roles within a branch alongside the Management Trainee skills planner to gain a clear understanding of how the branch operates; this will include your participation in group or individual projects and also operational sales tasks. You must work closely with the Branch Manager to continually learn the responsibilities and requirements of this role in order to expand your own knowledge of brand related products, key customers and suppliers.

Candidates who wish to be considered for this excellent opportunity must hold a full UK driving licence and ideally possess a minimum of two A Levels at Grade C or above (or equivalent vocational qualifications). Our client is looking for applicants with experience of working within a customer facing role, with sales experience being an advantage, who are ambitious and driven to want to succeed within a sales environment. Results focused and a proven team player, you must have the ability to work on your own initiative and build strong relationships with colleagues and also customers.
