Customer service/ call centre assistant - Weybridge - Weybridge
Our prestigious client is looking for a an experienced Customer service/call centre assistant who has experience working within a customer service environment.
The role will require you to provide phone/deskbound end user mobile support for the customer. You will be involved in both verbal and written customer interactions/communications providing support to both internal and external customers as required. This will include the control, manage and action of all in bound mailbox, fax and phone enquires through to resolution using the companies bespoke CRM platform.
The successful candidate will have mobile or service desk background, good customer service skills and someone who has attention to detail.
Essential skills:
Desirable:
eg Blackberry support experience.
I-phone Support experience.
Ideally you will be based in the Weybridge area.
Salary: £17K - £20k
