Job Description

NURSERY MANAGER - West London

We are looking for a manager to continue the good work in progress in this lovely medium sized nursery, building strong relationships and creating a warm and supportive environment for the children and staff. The nursery has good standards of care and a strong team so we are looking for someone who is confident and has excellent customer service and \\'people skills\\'.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

To achieve and maintain high standards of care and education To effectively lead and manage the staff team including recruitment and retention To effectively manage the budget and occupancy levels to ensure the nursery is profitable To ensure all policies and procedures are implemented and adhered to at all times To Implement an effective parent liaison programme. You will need to have the following qualifications, training and experience:

NNEB, CACHE level 3, NVQ level 3 or equivalent Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work to targets and deadlines Good time management skills Excellent knowledge of health and safety legislation Knowledge of OFSTED standards and EYFS Excellent communication skills Strong people management skills Knowledge and understanding of equal opportunities/SENCO etc. Excellent rates of pay, bonuses and benefits with ongoing support and career development.
