- Full Description:
I. Clerical and administrative support of all aspects of Local land Charges enquiries.
II. The compilation and checking of all documentation associated with Local land Charges processes.
III. Update of the Councils computer and other systems in terms of maintenance of the Local Land Charges Service.
IV. Ensure information is accurate and accessible for response to search enquiries
V. To receive and process requests for searches and to assist personal enquirers.

- ability to analyse and interpret Geographical Information System (GIS) based information
