Branch Manager - Domiciliary Care Services

As a leading, national home care company, our client has built an enviable reputation for providing care services to thousands of people across the country. An opportunity has now arisen for a Branch Manager to join their team.
For this role our client is looking to recruit a strong leader with a proven background in care work to run their Brighton branch.
In this extremely varied role, you will be tasked with recruiting, managing and supervising care workers, care co-ordinators and admin staff, as well as overseeing payroll, promoting quality care, and ensuring on-call arrangements are in place. You will also be required to play a hands-on position, undertaking care duties when required and actively promoting the growth of the business.
As the Branch Manager your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring appropriate care packages are put in place for service users
- Overseeing all aspects of care co-ordination, monitoring and service delivery
- Liaising with service users and their relatives, care workers and other professionals
- Recruiting, selecting, training and managing staff for the area
- Managing key clients and developing relationships with local authorities, carers and agencies
To be considered for this position you must have a care work background and experience at a management or team leader level. You should also have good communication skills and a strong level of IT literacy.
As the Branch Manager you will also need to demonstrate the ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with both clients and colleagues.
