This privately owned, highly accredited country house hotel located in the beautiful Hampshire countryside is currently seeking to recruit a Chef de Partie for the Pastry section. The hotel has an award winning restaurant and prides itself in using fresh local produce.

The Role:-
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion for food and show their enthusiasm for the industry. The ideal candidate must have relevant experience within a hotel operation and have the enthusiasm to succeed. You will be responsible for assisting in the running of the sauce section within the kitchen. Having a good attention to detail and a passion for the very highest of standards, you must be creative, ambitious and possess flair.

Qualification/Experience:-
The ideal candidate will have previous red star/rosette experience and have an excellent knowledge of the sauce section. You should also have strong leadership skills, with a creative and hard working nature. You will also require NVQ Level 1 & 2 qualifications or equivalent qualifications and a current food hygiene certificate.
