Job Description
My client, a leading Healthcare Recruitment Consultancy based close to Clapham / Wimbledon is seeking 2 experienced Resourcers.
The first of these Resourcers will be supporting the existing consultants in the sourcing, interviewing, vetting and placing of suitably qualified and experienced nurses and HCA’s matched to their client’s vacancies.
The second position however, will be supporting the consultants on non-clinical roles – anything from an event stewards to a medical secretaries etc!
You will have:
€¢ A minimum of 2 years Resourcing experience ideally from a healthcare recruitment background. However, Resourcers from other recruitment industries will also be considered.
€¢ Good / strong communication skills
€¢ Good / working knowledge of MSOffice
€¢ Good / working knowledge and experience of employment compliance requirements
€¢ Accustomed to working with candidates from various backgrounds
THE PACKAGE:
The position offers a highly competitive basic salary ranging from
£21k - £24k depending on experience.
